我国乒乓球少年后备人才打法类型分析——基于2021年全国少儿乒乓球锦标赛(决赛)的调研  

An Analysis of the Playing Types of Junior Table Tennis Players in China——Based on the survey of the finals of 2021 National Junior Table Tennis Championships

摘　　要：后备人才的储备是保持我国乒乓球长盛发展的动力。为全面了解我国乒乓球少年后备人才的打法类型特点,本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法,对参加2021年全国少儿乒乓球锦标赛(决赛)的运动员进行调研。研究表明:我国乒乓球少年后备人才存在地区分布不均衡、各地区打法比例失衡现象;打法上以横拍进攻型打法为主,特殊打法运动员较少,打法类型比例失调。建议:科学规划乒乓球运动在各个地区的发展;坚持百花齐放的方针,全面培养各类型打法的人才;加强基层教练员在运动选材方面的培训,增强“全国一盘棋”的意识。The talent pool is the driving force to maintain the prosperous development of table tennis in China. In order to fully understand the characteristics of the playing styles of China’s young table tennis reserve talents, the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interview and other methods are used to investigate the athletes participating in the 2021 National Junior Table Tennis Championship(final). Research shows that there are unbalanced regional distribution of Chinese table tennis young reserve talents and imbalances in the proportion of play styles in various regions;the horizontal offensive style is the dominant playing style, with fewer players with special styles and imbalances in style styles. It is suggested to scientifically plan the development of table tennis in various regions, adhere to the policy of comprehensively cultivating talents of various playing types, and strengthen the training of grassroots coaches in sports talent identification.
