摘　　要：通过文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,本文从数字化治理视角审视审批权取消后群众性体育赛事活动中出现的问题,分析采用数字化治理方式的必要性,思考群众性体育赛事活动的数字化协同共治新思路,提出发展群众性体育赛事活动的对策建议。研究结果表明:明确多元共治职责分工和相关制度规范是开展赛事数字化治理必要基础,在数字化升级转型新规则下可以创建群众性体育赛事活动协同共治新模式。为此,要完善赛事管理内容,夯实数字化治理的制度性基础;研制赛事行业规范文件和技术标准,创造数字化升级转型必要条件;建设群众性体育赛事活动信息平台,实现精准监管与服务支撑;综合应用多种数字化手段,达成群体赛事活动监管最优效能。Through literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logical induction and other methods, this paper examines various problems in Sport for All competitions after the cancellation of administrative approval from the perspective of digital governance, analyzes the necessity of adopting digital governance mode, with the aim of contemplating new ideas of digital cooperation and co-governance of Sport for All competitions. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Sport for All competitions have been put forward. The results show that a clear division of responsibilities for multi-governance and clarification of relevant institutional norms are the basis for the digital governance of Sport for All competitions, and a new mode of collaborative governance of Sport for All events can be established under the new rules of digital upgrading and transformation. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the management content of Sport for All competitions and consolidate the institutional foundation of digital governance;develop industry specification documents and technical standards for Sport for All competitions to create necessary conditions for digital upgrading and transformation;build Sport for All events information platform to achieve accurate supervision and support;comprehensively apply a variety of digital means to achieve optimal efficiency of Sport for All competition supervision.
