摘　　要：以我国社区“体医养”融合养老服务为研究对象,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,从形成“体医养”的社会、理论、实践三大导向出发,阐释新时代老龄化背景下社区“体医养”融合养老服务所面临的现实困境。认为,目前我国社区“体医养”融合养老服务存在以下困境:(1)地区及人口资源配置偏颇,制约“体医养”的均衡发展;(2)行政部门壁垒坚实,阻碍“体、医、养”三方高效合作;(3)复合型专业人才匮乏,限制社区“体医养”的融合发展;(4)居家养老根深蒂固,社区“体医养”融合养老观念淡薄等。基于此,提出以下优化路径:(1)均衡地域资源配置,优化城乡社区体医养全面发展;(2)打破部门间壁垒,推动社区体医养跨部门协同治理;(3)加强人才培养,构建高水平复合型体医养服务团队;(4)加大宣传力度,形成社区体医养融合养老理念共识。从而有效促进体育、医疗、养老三方深度融合,切实解决我国的养老服务问题。Taking the integration of the community elderly care services through the integration of“Sports,Medicine and Care”in China as the research object,using literature review,logical analysis and other methods,starting from the three major orientations of forming“Sports,Medicine and Care”integration,the difficulties in the community elderly care services through the integration of“Sports,Medicine and Care”in the context of aging in the new era have been explored.The study believes that at present we need to solve the following dilemmas:(1)the imbalance of resources is limiting the“Sports,Medicine and Care”integration;(2)there are administrative barriers for developing the“Sports,Medicine and Care”integration;(3)there is a lack of professional talents;(4)there is a deep-rooted concept of home based elderly care.Based on this,the following optimization paths are proposed:(1)optimize the allocation of resources to promote comprehensive development of“Sports,Medicine and Care”integration;(2)promote cross-departmental collaborative governance of“Sports,Medicine and Care”integration;(3)cultivate high-level professional talents;(4)vigorously promote the concept of elderly care services through the integration of“Sports,Medicine and Care”in the communities.It is hoped that“Sports,Medicine and Care”can be deeply integrated,so as to effectively solve the problem of elderly care services in China.
