摘 要:以不同拉伸方法对越野行走必修课学生躯干柔韧素质为研究对象,采用文献资料法、实验法、问卷法等方法进行研究。被试被随机分为对照组和实验组(n=24),其中,实验组又分为静力性拉伸组(n=8)、动力性拉伸组(n=8)和PNF拉伸组(n=8)。结论:(1)学生躯干柔韧素质普遍较低,经拉伸后效果提高明显,直接测量所得的三种拉伸的效果具有很大差异。(2)提升躯干左侧屈、右侧屈柔韧素质建议采用静力性拉伸,提升躯干后伸、坐位体前屈应采用PNF拉伸。(3)拉伸对提高越野行走成绩和改善学生主观感受效果显著。Different stretching methods were used to study the core flexibility of students in compulsory cross-country walking courses,and the methods of literature,experiment and questionnaire were applied.The subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group(n=24),in which,the experimental group was further divided into static stretching group(n=8),dynamic stretching group(n=8)and PNF stretching group(n=8).Conclusion:1)students’body flexibility was generally low,whcih was improved obviously after stretching.There were great differences between the three kinds of stretching effects directly measured.2)Static stretching is recommended to improve the left and right flexion quality of the trunk,while PNF stretching should be used to improve the trunk back extension and the sitting body forward flexion.3)Stretching has a significant effect on improving cross-country walking performance and improving students’experience.
