摘 要:本文通过阐述等速技术的概念和特点,梳理国内外针对等速技术应用于踝关节方面的研究进展,用文献资料法等分析等速技术的应用价值和发展前景,为今后的研究提供一定的理论依据。等速技术具有可测踝关节屈伸、内外翻的肌肉不同角速度收缩的特征。踝关节等速技术对于评定肌肉特征、改善平衡能力、分析专项与肌肉指标关系以及提高下肢功能方面具有重要意义。建议:等速技术可以结合表面肌电、足底压力分析、三维步态分析等新技术,全面评估和量化踝关节,对于改善踝关节本体感觉和下肢步态具有较大研究空间和应用价值。The concept and characteristics of isokinetic technology are expounded, the research progress of isokinetic technology applied to ankle joints at home and abroad is reviewed, and the application value and development prospect of isokinetic technology are analyzed by literature and data methods, so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for future research. The isokinetic technology has the characteristics of measuring the different angular velocity of the muscles of ankle flexion and extension. Ankle joint isokinetic technology is of great significance in assessing muscle characteristics, improving balance ability, analyzing the relationship between specialties and muscle indexes, and improving lower limb function. Suggestions: Isokinetic technology can be combined with new technologies such as surface electromyography, plantar pressure analysis, and three-dimensional gait analysis to comprehensively evaluate and quantify the ankle joint, which has a large research and application value for improving ankle proprioception and lower limb gait.
