葛根芩连汤全方和拆方治疗糖尿病及其并发症的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病是临床内分泌疾病中占比最高的疾病,其并发症可以影响全身各个器官,中国已成为全球糖尿病患病率最高的国家.经方葛根芩连汤始载于《伤寒论》,具有解表清里的功效,主治热挟表邪下利证,在临床上被广泛应用于糖尿病的治疗,且疗效显著.目前,已有大量文献报道了葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病及其并发症的作用机制.本文将对葛根芩连汤全方与拆方治疗糖尿病及其并发症的药效及作用机制进行综述,为今后依据中医理论阐明其作用机制,拆方研究阐释其配伍理论的内涵,拓宽葛根芩连汤的临床应用范围提供研究思路.Diabetes is the highest proportion of clinical endocrine diseases,and its complications can affect all organs of the body.China has become the country with the highest prevalence of diabetes in the world.GegenQinlian Decoction was first published in Treatise on febrile diseases.It has the effect of resolving exterior and clearing interior.It is mainly used in the treatment of heat with exterior pathogenic factors,and it is widely used in the treatment of diabetes in clinic,and the curative effect is remarkable.At present,a large number of literatures have reported the mechanism of GegenQinlian Decoctionin treatment of diabetes and its complications.This article will review the efficacy and mechanism of GegenQinlian Decoctionin treatment of diabetes and its complications.It will provide research ideas for clarifying its mechanism of action based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,explaining the connotation of its compatibility theory in the research of disassembled prescriptions,and better broadening the clinical application scope of GegenQinlian Decoction.
