摘 要:生物柴油是解决日益能源紧缺问题的可行途径之一,备受学术界和产业界关注,然而,在制备生物柴油过程中,会产生以甘油为主的大量副产物,随着我国生物柴油产业的发展,副产物问题将日趋严重.假单胞菌可利用多种碳源合成具有良好生物可降解性和生物相容性的聚羟基脂肪酸酯(Polyhydroxyalkanonate,PHA),PHA可替代传统塑料或作为高附加值组织工程材料,应用前景广泛.为此,本研究评估了不同假单胞菌甘油耐受性和PHA合成能力,筛选出耐受力好的食油假单胞菌(Pseudomonas oleovorans)ZJ03.这为解决甘油副产物造成的环境污染问题和低成本合成PHA提供关键参数和理论依据,具有重要理论和实际意义.Biodiesel may be an efficient approach to solve increasingly severe energy shortage problem,which is paid close attention by the academic and industrial circles.However,a large number of by-product glycerol are produced when biodiesel produced.With the development of the Chinese biodiesel industry,the by-product problem is becoming more and more serious.Pseudomonas strains can utilize various carbon sources to synthesize Polyhydroxyalkanonate(PHA)possessing with good biodegradability and biocompatibility,which can be used as a substitute for plastic or high added valuetissue engineering material.Therefore,it has wide application prospect.In this study,glycerol tolerance and PHA synthesis capacity of different Pseudomonas strains were evaluated,and P.oleovorans ZJ03 with good tolerance was screened out.It will help to solve environmental contamination of by-product glycerol,also provide key parameters and theoretical basis for low-cost PHA synthesis.It has important theoretical and practical significance.
