TSA在重竞技运动员体能测试中的应用

摘  要:TSA(a total score of athleticism)运动能力总分,是将运动员的各项测试成绩进行标准化,得出Z值并相加,计算出的标准化分数之和。它能够提供一个有关运动员整体运动能力,反馈在同组测试中每名运动员体能长处与短板的分数。在国家愈加重视体能的背景下,体能测试关乎运动员能否参加比赛,这时体能测试反馈就非常重要。通过TSA在重竞技运动员体能测试中的应用,研究认为:1)TSA适用于广东省重竞技运动员的体能测试评价,尤其适用于选拔性的测试评价;2)TSA能够直观反馈出广东省重竞技运动员在体能素质上的长处与短板,广东省重竞技运动员有氧能力、无氧能力较好以及体脂率较低;女子运动员在最大肌肉力量以及局部肌肉耐力上存在短板;3)TSA的应用存在局限性,它的准确性以体能测试项目符合运动员项目为前提。TSA(a total score of athleticism)is the sum of Z values of the standardized scores of athlete’s test results.It can provide information about the athlete’s overall athletic ability and feedback the scores of each athlete’s strengths and weaknesses in the same group of tests.Under the background that the country is paying more and more attention to physical fitness,physical fitness testing is related to whether athletes can participate in the competition.At this time,physical fitness testing feedback is very important.Through the application of TSA in the physical fitness test of athletes from highly competitive sports,the study concluded that:1)TSA is suitable for the physical fitness test evaluation of athletes from highly competitive sports in Guangdong Province,especially suitable for selective test evaluation;2)TSA can intuitively give feedback to the athletes of Guangdong Province from highly competitive sports.They have better aerobic and anaerobic capacity and lower body fat rate,while female athletes have shortcomings in maximum muscle strength and local muscle endurance;3)There are limitations about TSA in its application,and its accuracy is based on the premise that the physical fitness test items are in line with the athletes’events.
