海外华文媒体“一带一路”新闻叙事研究——以“日本东方新报”两届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛报道为例

摘　　要：海外华文媒体“日本东方新报”关于“一带一路”国际高峰合作论坛的序列报道,偏重政治、经济类等宏观重大主题,具有叙事主体结构多重组合、评价叙事权威性强、叙事语言官方色彩浓重等共性特征。叙事框架中,“日本东方新报”运用背景资料设置议程,使日本政府认可并参与“一带一路”倡议。海外华文媒体应该均衡所在国、母国相关叙事的话语权,丰富叙事视角和文体,增加百姓民生主题的情感议程,以柔性叙事扩大“一带一路”的国际影响力。Overseas Chinese Media Live Japan reports in series on the Belt and Road International Summit Cooperation Forums,focusing on major macro themes such as politics and economics,showing such common features as a multiple combination of narrative subjects,an authority of narrative evaluation,and an official color of narrative language.In the narrative framework,the newspaper promptly uses background information to converge various types of voices of the Belt and Road to guide the Japanese government to recognize and participate in the Belt and Road Initiative.Overseas Chinese media should balance the discourse power of relevant narratives in the host country and at home,enrich the narrative perspective and style,increase the emotional agenda of the people’s livelihood theme,and expand the international influence of the Belt and Road with flexible narratives.
