创业竞赛在大学生创业教育中的作用、困境及对策——基于“挑战杯”中国大学生创业计划竞赛的回顾与思考

摘　　要：随着高校创业教育不断发展,创业竞赛已成为高校创业教育的主要形式,学生参加创业竞赛取得的成绩也逐渐成为教育评估部门及高校衡量创业教育成果的重要观测内容之一。经过20余年发展,“挑战杯”中国大学生创业计划竞赛成为中国高校中影响力最广泛的赛事。回顾“挑战杯”中国大学生创业计划竞赛的发展历程和改革实践,分析其在大学生创业教育中发挥的作用和面临的发展困境,目的是提出有助于进一步推进创业竞赛在创业教育中发挥有效作用的途径,即:弘扬“挑战”文化,实现创业竞赛对大学生创业教育体系的优化作用;挖掘创业教育与思想政治教育内在契合性,实现创业竞赛两个教育功能的结合;聚焦就业创业工作着力点,实现创业竞赛可持续性发展。With the continuous development of entrepreneurship education in colleges,entrepreneurship competition has become the main form of entrepreneurship education,and students’achievements in the competition have gradually become one of the important observation contents for the education evaluation department and universities.After more than 20 years’development,the Chinese“Challenge Cup”College Students’Business Plan Competition(hereinafter referred to as“Challenge Cup”)has become the most influential event among Chinese colleges.By reviewing the development and reform of the“Challenge Cup”,and analyzing its role in entrepreneurship education and the dilemma confronted,the article attempts to propose ways to promote the effective role of entrepreneurship competition in entrepreneurship education as follows.Carry forward the“challenge”culture and optimize the effect of entrepreneurial competition;explore the inner fit of entrepreneurship education and ideological-political education to combine the two educational functions of entrepreneurial competition;focus on employment and entrepreneurship to achieve a sustainable development of entrepreneurial competition.
