摘 要:当海上气田采用同一压力源进行高低压同时外输时,需重点考虑对低压外输操作进行压力和超压保护。以某海上气田的高压气集输系统为例,研究采用常规的压力泄放装置(PSV)和高完整性压力保护系统(HIPPS)进行保护的方案。受制于海洋平台的结构和重量,火炬长度受限,采用常规压力泄放的方案不可行,因此选择HIPPS超压保护方案。使用HYSYS动态仿真模拟技术,对海管进出口关闭或堵塞、卡球以及投产阀门未开等事故工况进行了动态模拟,结果表明,紧急关断阀和HIPPS可以对海管进出口关闭或堵塞事故进行超压保护,但由于仪表反应时间的影响,不能对卡球以及投产阀门未开的事故进行有效的超压保护,需要有针对性地采取降压清管和投产联锁等措施。When offshore natural gas is exported simultaneously at different pressures under the same pressure source,it is important to consider operation pressure and overpressure protection for low-pressure gas.Taking the high-pressure gas gathering and transportation system of one offshore gas field as an example,this paper studied conventional pressure safety valve(PSV)and high integrity pressure protection system(HIPPS)schemes.Due to the structural and weight limitations of the offshore platform,the flare boom was constrained in length,which made the conventional PSV scheme infeasible.Thus,the HIPPS overpressure protection scheme was selected.HYSYS dynamic simulation technology was used to investigate the protection system performance in different cases including closed outlet or blockage of submarine pipelines,stuck pig and valves accidentally unopened during start-up.The results show that an emergency shutdown(ESD)valve and a HIPPS can be effective in overpressure protection of submarine pipelines in the presence of closed outlet or blockage but fail to work in the case of stuck pig or closed valves during start-up due to the instrument response time.Therefore,there is a need to take targeted measures including pigging under depressuring and interlock during start-up.
