摘 要:岸电平台上组块结构尺寸大,装船时多采用滑移装船的方式。为保证岸电组块顺利滑移装船,需要校核装船过程中滑靴和滑道的瞬时强度。在简要介绍采用瞬态方法分析岸电组块装船滑道强度的基本原理和过程的基础上,对滑道、滑靴进行了详细的受力分析,重点对装船过程中滑道受力工况分析、滑道有限元模型建立、计算方法及参数设置、计算结果分析等内容进行了深入的阐述。计算结果表明,滑道和滑靴的结构强度可满足装船要求;瞬态分析方法适用于滑移装船的结构强度校核,可以在一次分析结果中给出结构不同区域的动态应力响应。Skidding load-out is generally adopted for the load-out of shore power platform blocks due to their large structural dimensions.To ensure the successful skidding load-out of shore power blocks,we need to check the transient strength of the skid shoes and the skidway during the load-out.To start with,we outline the basic principle and process of analyzing the strength of the load-out skidway for shore power blocks by the transient method.Then,detailed stress analysis is devoted to the skidway and the skid shoes.In-depth elaboration focus is placed on analyzing the stress conditions of the skidway during the load-out,building a finite element model of the skidway,determining the calculation method and parameters,and analyzing the calculation results.The calculation results show that the structural strength of the skidway and the skid shoes meet the load-out requirements.The transient analysis method is applicable to the structural strength check for skidding load-out,and it presents dynamic stress responses at different parts of the structure in one result.
