摘  要:中俄东线黑龙江盾构穿越管道工程隧道内径2.44 m,需要安装一条D1420 mm大口径输气管道,由于隧道内空间有限,如何实现管道的自动焊接、顺利完成管道安装是本工程需要解决的一大技术难题。经过方案比选,提出了在始发井内进行管道自动焊接,通过在隧道底板铺设轻型钢轨,采用管道发送小车(兼作运营期的管道支座)发送,在接收井侧牵引管道安装就位的新型管道安装方案。通过对管道牵引过程的管道应力、变形状态的分析,结果表明:管道牵引过程中管道支座不会悬空,管道应力在设计允许范围内,管道变形不会导致管道触顶、触地,管道可以顺利拖拉。事实证明此管道安装方案完全可行,该项目管道已一次成功安装就位。For the Heilongjiang shield crossing project of the China-Russia east-route natural gas pipeline,the inner diameter of the tunnel is 2.44 m,and a large-diameter gas transmission pipeline of 1420 mm needs to be installed.Due to the limited space in the tunnel,the automatic welding of the pipeline and the pipeline installation are major technical problems to be solved in this project.Upon scheme comparison and selection,this paper proposes a new pipeline installation scheme,in which the pipeline is automatically welded at the launching shaft and towed in place on the receiving shaft side by laying light rail on the tunnel floor and adopting the pipeline sending car(also operating as the pipeline support during the operation period).The analysis of the pipeline stress and deformation states in pipeline towing shows that the pipeline support will not be suspended in pipeline towing;the pipeline stress is within the allowable range of design,and the pipeline deformation will not cause the contact of the pipeline with the roof and the floor.Thus,the pipeline can be dragged smoothly.It is proved that the pipeline installation scheme is feasible,and the pipeline was successfully installed in place at once.
