摘  要:结合阿尔及利亚某炼油厂储罐工程软土地基处理的设计、施工实践,在对工程地质情况进行简要介绍的基础上,详细论述了大型储罐软土地基处理方案的选择,振冲碎石桩加固地基的原理、设计、施工工艺、试验与效果评价等,重点对振冲碎石桩加固地基设计原则、桩距的确定、变形计算、单桩复合地基载荷试验、地基土处理前后静力触探试验成果对比等进行较为深入的阐述。实践表明,储罐主体建成后,利用储罐的充水试验进行了预压,预压完成后,实测罐周的最终沉降量为-0.63 m,剩余沉降量小于0.30 m,充水61 d后的固结度超过80%。By studying the design and construction practice of soft soil foundation treatment in the storage tank project of an oil refinery in Algeria,this paper elaborates on the selection of the soft soil foundation treatment scheme for large-scale storage tanks and the principle,design,construction technology,test and effect evaluation of vibro-replacement stone columns.Prior to this,the paper briefly introduces engineering geological conditions.The focus of the paper includes the design principle of the reinforced foundation for vibroreplacement stone columns,determination of pile spacing,deformation calculation,load test on the composite foundation of single piles and comparison of static cone penetration test results before and after the treatment of foundation soil.After the main body of the storage tank is built,the water filling test is performed for preloading.The final settlement around the tank is measured to be-0.63 m and the remaining settlement is less than 0.30 m after preloading.The degree of consolidation exceeds 80%after 61 days of water filling.
