摘  要:塔里木油田天然气乙烷回收工程乙烷回收厂脱甲烷塔具有高、大、重的特点,传统的卸车方式通常采用2台大型吊车双机抬吊,施工期间由于受新冠疫情影响,QUY650大型履带吊车无法按预定时间进场。介绍了在1台大型吊车缺位的情况下,经论证,运用1台QUY400履带吊车主吊,借助1台QY25汽车吊,采用尾部非扶正和扶正的方式,运用旋转卸车和原地卸车的方法对脱甲烷塔上段和下段分别进行卸车,历时2 d时间,成功完成了2台脱甲烷塔共计4段塔体的卸车施工。实践证明,该卸车方法既安全可靠,又极大节约了施工成本。Demethanizers are high,large and heavy in the ethane recovery plant responsible for the project of ethane recovery from natural gas in the Tarim oil field.Traditional unloading usually needs two large cranes to lift it simultaneously.Due to the impact of COVID-19 which is force majeure during construction,the QUY650 large crawler crane cannot be in position at the scheduled time.This paper introduces how two demethanizers(four sections in total)are unloaded in two days in the absence of a large crane.Specifically,the upper and lower parts of the demethanizers are unloaded by a QUY400 crawler crane as the main crane with the help of a QY25 truck crane in the ways of non-righting and righting at the tail as well as rotary unloading and in-situ unloading respectively.The unloading method is proved safe,reliable and able to greatly save construction costs.
