摘  要:渤海海域某单点YOKE拆除吊装过程利用原有非常规吊点,考虑拆除时结构物重量和起重船情况,根据SACS软件对YOKE拆除整体强度分析时提出的钢丝绳拉力,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件,对比铰接和接触两种连接方式下非常规吊点强度分析的结果,两种方法结果相同,且满足规范要求,但在建模、连接设置和求解时各有优缺点。海上拆除工作顺利实施,证明了分析方法的可靠性,也为有限元软件分析非常规吊点提供了一种动态分析转为静态分析、非线性分析转为线性分析的有限元解决思路和方法。The existing non-normal padeye was used in the dismantlement lifting of a single-point-mooring(SPM)YOKE in the Bohai Sea.According to the wire rope tension proposed during the overall strength analysis of YOKE dismantlement by SACS,this paper compared the strength analysis results of a non-normal padeye under hinged connection and contact connection.The weight of the disposal structure and the situation of the floating crane were considered in analysis.The two connection modes yield the same results and the non-normal padeye meets code requirements.However,they have respective advantages and disadvantages in modeling,connection setup and solving.The successful dismantlement proves the feasibility of the analytical method.It provides a finite element-based solving idea and method that transform dynamic analysis to static analysis and also nonlinear analysis to linear analysis for non-normal padeye analysis with finite element software.
