摘 要:目的:探讨讲-示-做护理干预策略在学龄期乳牙埋伏阻生患儿正畸治疗中的应用。方法:选取98例学龄期乳牙埋伏阻生患儿为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例。对照组予以常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以讲-示-做护理干预策略。采用改良中文版儿童畏惧调查表-牙科分量表(CFSS-DS)、Venham临床焦虑与合作行为级别评定量表评估患儿心理状态,采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、服务质量量表(SERVQUAL)调查患儿应对方式及家属护理满意度,并比较2组患儿遵医行为。结果:观察组总遵医率高于对照组(95.92%vs 77.55%,P<0.05);观察组干预后CFSS-DS评分[(29.65±5.02)vs(38.21±6.03)分]、消极应对评分[(8.56±1.59)vs(11.02±1.75)分]低于对照组,积极应对评分[(24.79±4.20)vs(18.01±3.98)分]高于对照组,治疗时Venham评分[(2.38±0.47)vs(3.40±0.52)分]低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:讲-示-做护理干预策略应用于学龄期乳牙埋伏阻生患儿正畸治疗,可改善其心理状态,促进患儿采取积极应对方式,提高患儿遵医行为及家属护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application of speaking-show-doing nursing intervention strategy in orthodontic treatment of children with impacted primary teeth at school age.Methods:98 school-age children with impacted decidual teeth were selected as the research subjects.According to the number of children,odd-even grouping method was used to randomly create groups,with 49 cases in the observation group and 49 cases in the control group.The control group was given routine intervention,the observation group on the basis of the control group to talk-show-do nursing intervention strategy.Medical compliance behavior,coping style before and after intervention(SCSQ),improved Chinese version of Children's Fear Questionnaire-Dental Subscale(CFSS-DS)scores,Venham Clinical Anxiety and Cooperative Behavior Rating Scale scores during treatment and family care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total compliance rate of observation group was 95.92%higher than that of control group(77.55%,P<0.05).After intervention,CFSS-DS score and negative coping score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while positive coping score was higher than those in the control group,and Venham score at treatment was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of empathy,assurance,reliability,reactivity and tangibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of orthodontic treatment of children with impacted primary teeth at school age can improve their psychological state,promote children to adopt positive coping style,and improve their compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction of their families.
