产教融合背景下饲料专业大学生创新创业能力培养路径分析

摘　　要：随着社会经济发展要求的不断提升,对当代大学生的能力要求更高,需要大学生具有较强的专业素养,能满足产业发展的创新能力。传统教学模式对大学生的创新产业能力重视不足,不仅限制了大学生自身的职业发展,也影响了行业的发展水平。产教融合是产业发展与教学相融合的教育模式,能为高校提供更符合现实需要的大学生培养模式和平台,也能为产业转型升级提供人才支持。在产教融合背景下,行业乃至国家高度重视大学生的创新创业能力,出台了一系列的政策文件为培养大学生创新创业能力提供指导,但饲料行业在大学生创新创业能力培养上还有较大的提升空间。因此,本文以饲料企业为研究对象,对产教融合背景下饲料专业大学生创新创业能力培养路径进行研究,首先,论述饲料专业大学生创新创业能力的重要性,并基于目前饲料专业大学生的基本素质,分析目前培养饲料专业大学生创新创业能力存在的问题,提出针对性的解决措施,为我国饲料产业发展、高校教学创新提供理论参考。With the continuous improvement of social and economic development requirements,the ability of contemporary college students are required to have a stronger professional quality,but also need to meet the innovation ability of industrial development.Under the traditional teaching mode,insufficient attention is paid to the innovative industrial ability of college students,which not only restricts their career development,but also affects the level of industrial development.The integration of industry and education is an education model integrating industrial development and teaching,which can provide colleges and universities with a more realistic training model and platform for college students,and also provide talent support for industrial transformation and upgrading.Under the background of the integration of industry and education,the industry and even the country attach great importance to the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students,and have issued a series of policy documents to provide guidance for the cultivation of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.However,the feed industry still has a large space for improvement in the cultivation of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Therefore,based on the feed enterprises as the research object,the fusion education under the background of feed path to study college students’innovative undertaking ability training,first discusses the importance of the professional college students’innovative undertaking ability,feed and feed based on current professional college students’basic quality,analysis of the current feed problems existing in the professional college students’innovative undertaking ability training,The countermeasures are put forward to provide theoretical reference for the development of feed industry and teaching innovation in colleges and universities.
