基于老年人满意度的社区建成环境优化路径研究

摘　　要：基于人与环境匹配理论,对合肥市1426位社区老人开展问卷调研,从基本情况、硬件设施、养老服务、建设需求等维度对既有社区建成环境现状深入分析,并采用T检验法分析新、旧社区老年人对社区建成环境满意度和需求的差异化。研究发现:旧社区的硬件设施和养老服务状况较新社区整体上差,老人对旧社区的养老服务设施需求更大;既有社区部分政府配套的公共设施满意度有待提高,无论是建成环境还是社区养老服务设施均存在环境改造需求。据此,文章提出新旧社区建成环境亟待通过加强政策支持、推进适老化改造、满足多层次养老需求以及形成多元主体参与社区建成环境的优化等措施逐步完善。Based on the person-environment fit theory,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1426 community elderly people in Hefei City.The status quo of built environment of existing communities was studied from the dimensions of basic conditions,hardware facilities,elderly care services,and construction needs.The T-test method was used to analyze the difference in the satisfaction and demand of the elderly in the new and old communities to the community built environment.The study finds that the hardware facilities and elderly care services in the old communities are worse than those in the new communities as a whole,and the elderly have greater demand for the elderly care facilities in the old communities;the satisfaction of some government supporting public facilities in the existing communities needs to be improved;there is a need for environmental improvement in both the community built environment and elderly care facilities.The built environment of new and old communities needs to be gradually improved through measures such as strengthening policy support,advancing senior-friendly renovations,meeting multi-level elderly care needs,and forming an optimized pattern of multiple subjects participating in the community built environment.
