摘　　要：扁平苔藓是一种病因不明的特发性、炎症性皮肤病,多累及皮肤、黏膜,少数还可累及甲。甲扁平苔藓临床表现为甲板增厚或变薄,纵嵴、纵沟或翼状胬肉,严重时引起甲脱落。目前尚无甲扁平苔藓的治疗指南,有关治疗方法的文献也非常有限,其药物治疗方法包括皮损内注射治疗、局部外用药物治疗和系统药物治疗。本文对甲扁平苔藓的药物治疗进行综述,以期为该病的治疗提供借鉴。Lichen planus is an idiopathic,inflammatory skin disorder with uncertain etiology,mainly involving the cutaneous and mucous membrane,even nails in a few cases.The manifestations of nail lichen planus are thickening or thinning of nail plate,longitudinal ridging,longitudinal grooving or pterygium,which can cause nail loss in severe cases.There are no treatment guidelines for nail lichen planus,and the literature for treatment is also extremely limited.Its drug therapy regimens mainly consist of intralesional injection,topical drug therapy and systemic drug therapy.This article reviews the drug therapy regimens of nail lichen planus,in order to provide a reference for the treatment of this disease.
