摘　　要：艾灸疗法具有温通、温补、温泻作用,拔罐疗法开泄腠理、扶正祛邪。罐灸是拔罐疗法与艾灸疗法的结合,可补充元阳之气,增强五脏六腑功能,调理腹腔内环境,扶正祛邪。其以砭石粉为主要原材料,艾热温和,可施灸于全身各处,脐腹部应用较多。罐灸疗法可活血通络、行气止痛,用于调理痹证及诸痛证;健脾和胃、升清降浊,治疗中下焦疾病;调理冲任、温补下元,治疗月经不调、崩漏、带下、痛经、滑胎等;通调三焦,利水消肿,治疗小便不通、腹水、水肿、黄疸等;扶正祛邪,养生延年,用于治疗虚劳诸疾及预防保健,发挥了一加一大于二的疗效。Moxibustion therapy has the functions of warming circulation,warming tonic and warming diarrhea,and cupping therapy can disperse and purge the grain of skin and the texture of the subcutaneous flesh,reinforce the healthy qi and eliminate the pathogenic factors.Cupping moxibustion is a combination of cupping therapy and moxibustion,which can supplement qi of original yang,enhance the function of five zang organs and six fu organs,regulate the abdominal environment,reinforce the healthy qi and eliminate the pathogenic factors.With stone needle powder as the main raw material,moxibustion heat is mild,so moxibustion can be applied all over the body,and it is widely used in navel and abdomen.Cupping moxibustion can activate blood circulation,dredge collaterals,move qi and relieve pain,and is used to regulate several kinds of pain of arthralgia syndrome.It can strengthen the spleen and harmonize the stomach,ascend the clear and reduce the turbidity,and treat the diseases of middle energizer and lower energizer.It can regulate TV and CV,warm and nourish lower origin,and treat irregular menstruation,metrorrhagia,diarrhea,dysmenorrhea,slippery fetus,etc.It can regulate triple energizer,induce dieresis to alleviate edema,and treat urinary obstruction,ascites,edema,jaundice,etc.It can reinforce the healthy qi and eliminate the pathogenic factors,maintain health and prolong life,and is used for the treatment of various diseases of asthenia and fatigue and prevention and health care,and has played a curative effect of one plus one greater than two.
