养荣润肠舒合剂治疗老年功能性便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养荣润肠舒合剂治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年9月至2019年9月在辽宁中医药大学附属第三医院门诊就诊的老年功能性便秘患者184例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各92例。对照组采用麻仁丸治疗,治疗组采用养荣润肠舒合剂治疗。两组均以2周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后判定疗效。结果:对照组有效率为83.33%,治疗组有效率为93.40%,两组患者有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后便秘症状评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为2.22%,治疗组为3.30%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:养荣润肠舒合剂可改善老年功能性便秘患者症状,且无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangrong Runchangshu Mixture(养荣润肠舒合剂,YRRCSM) on senile functional constipation(FC).Methods:A total of 184 elderly patients with functional constipation treated in the outpatient department of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 92 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cannabis Fruit Pill,while the treatment group was treated with YRRCSM.Both groups took 2 weeks as a course of treatment,and the curative effect was determined after one course of treatment.Results:the effective rate was 83.33% in the control group and 93.40% in the treatment group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The symptom scores of constipation in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.22% in the control group and 3.30% in the treatment group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:YRRCSM can improve the symptoms of elderly patients with functional constipation without obvious adverse reactions.
