针刀“三步缓推分层松解法”治疗神经根型颈椎病临床随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀“三步缓推分层松解法”治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为针刀组与针灸组,每组30例。针刀组给予针刀“三步缓推分层松解法”治疗,针灸组给予针刺和艾灸治疗。观察两组患者治疗后视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分变化情况。结果:针刀组治疗后、治疗后6个月VAS评分低于针灸组,田中靖久症状评分高于针灸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针刀组有效率为100.00%,针灸组有效率为83.33%,针刀组有效率高于针灸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀“三步缓推分层松解法”治疗神经根型颈椎病,能改善患者症状,减轻患者疼痛。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of needle-knife "three step slow push layered relaxing method" on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods: A total of 60 patients with CSR were randomly divided into the needle-knife group and the acupuncture and moxibustion group, with 30 cases in each group.The needle-knife group was treated with needle-knife "three step slow push layered relaxing method",while the acupuncture and moxibustion group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The changes of visual analogue scale(VAS) and Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylosis symptom scale in the two groups were observed.Results: The VAS score of the needle-knife group after treatment and 6 months after treatment was lower than that of the acupuncture and moxibustion group respectively, and the symptom score of Tanaka Jingjiu was higher than that of the acupuncture and moxibustion group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the needle-knife group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the acupuncture and moxibustion group: 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of CSR with needle-knife "three step slow push layered relaxing method" can improve the symptoms and reduce the pain of patients.
