基于红外热成像技术的烧山火法治疗卵巢早衰临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察在红外热成像技术定位的基础上运用烧山火法治疗卵巢早衰(premature ovarian failure,POF)的临床疗效。方法:将102例POF患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组给予常规针刺疗法,治疗组在红外热成像技术定位的基础上给予烧山火法。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后促卵泡激素(follicle stimalating hormone,FSH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))及Kupperman症状评分变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为88.23%,对照组有效率为70.6%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后E_(2)水平高于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后FSH及Kupperman症状评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在红外热成像技术基础上运用烧山火法治疗POF,能有效缓解患者临床症状,改善激素水平,恢复卵巢功能。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of burning the mountain in the treatment of premature ovarian failure(POF) after positioning by infrared thermal imaging technology.Methods:A total of 102 patients with POF were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine acupuncture therapy,while the treatment group was located by infrared thermal imaging technology and treated with the method of burning the mountain.The clinical efficacy and the changes of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2)) and Kupperman score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 88.23% in the treatment group and 70.6% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,FSH and E_(2) in the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Kupperman score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that of the same group before treatment,and the Kupperman score of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of infrared thermal imaging technology,method of burning the mountain in the treatment of POF can effectively alleviate patients′ clinical symptoms,improve hormone levels and restore ovarian function.
