摘　　要：中医治疗慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis b,CHB)具有辨病与辨证相结合,多途径、多靶点整体调节的特点,在抑制病毒复制、护肝降酶、调节免疫、缓解临床症状、延缓肝纤维化进展等方面疗效较好;西医治疗CHB主要集中在抗病毒方面,中西医联合治疗也取得了一定的治疗效果。目前,研究大多只是集中在单中心、单领域研究,且针对的是早期的疗效观察,其可信度较低,对于患者的复发率、死亡率、安全性评价等方面的研究相对较少,还需要在临床研究中验证。今后,应发挥中西医治疗的优势,运用大数据分析进行更多基础实验研究,从而制订出有效的治疗方案,为中西医结合治疗CHB提供更好的参考依据。TCM treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB) has the characteristics of combining disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,multi-channel and multi-target overall regulation.It has good curative effects in inhibiting virus replication,protecting liver and reducing enzymes,regulating immunity,alleviating clinical symptoms and delaying the progress of liver fibrosis.Western medicine mainly focuses on antiviral treatment of CHB,and the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has also achieved certain therapeutic effects.At present,most of the research focuses on single center and single field,and is aimed at the early efficacy observation,which has low reliability.There is relatively little research on the recurrence rate,mortality and safety evaluation of patients,which need to be verified in clinical research.In the future,it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and conduct more basic experimental research by using big data analysis,so as to formulate an effective treatment plan and provide a better reference basis for the treatment of CHB with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
