专业虚拟社区用户知识贡献行为的多重动因及其效应研究

摘　　要：以社会认知理论为基础识别影响用户知识贡献的主要因素,借助定性比较分析方法考察潜在变量协同并发对用户知识贡献活动的复杂作用,探讨影响专业虚拟社区用户知识贡献行为的多重动因,研究结果表明:个体与环境层面的多种影响因素通过联合并发作用,驱动专业虚拟社区用户知识贡献结果的产生;存在影响用户高程度和低程度知识贡献的5条构型,不同参与条件的搭配存在等价替代作用,可以产生相同的行为结果。最后根据构型结果提出促进专业虚拟社区知识贡献的针对性建议,有利于专业虚拟社区对社区成员知识贡献行为进行引导。Based on the theory of social cognition,the article identifies main factors that affect users’knowledge contribution,investigates the complex effects of potential variables on user’s knowledge contribution activities by the qualitative comparative analysis,and explores multiple motivations that influence users’knowledge contribution in professional virtual communities.The research results show that multiple influencing factors at the individual and environmental level drive the generation of user knowledge contribution in professional virtual communities through joint and concurrent effects.There are 5 configurations that affect users’high-level and low-level knowledge contribution,and the collocation of different participation conditions has equivalent substitution effect,which can produce the same behavior results.Finally,targeted suggestions based on configuration results are put forward to promote the knowledge contribution in professional virtual community,which is beneficial to the professional virtual community to guide the knowledge contribution behavior of community members.
