摘 要:目的分析新乡市2020年逐日细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))浓度与内科呼吸系统疾病门诊量的关系,为相关环境保护措施的制定和调整提供科学依据。方法收集新乡市2020年1—12月空气中细颗粒物浓度及5家综合医院内科门诊人数,应用SPSS 22.0软件分析两者间的相关性。结果新乡市5家综合医院达标日呼吸系统疾病门诊量低于非达标日(Z=-4.934,P<0.001)。内科呼吸系统门诊量随着PM_(2.5)浓度等级的增加呈上升趋势(r_(s)=10.294,t=4.680,P=0.0184)。呼吸系统疾病日门诊数量与PM;成正相关(r_(s)=0.306,P<0.001)。结论新乡市细颗粒物浓度与综合医院呼吸系统疾病门诊量之间存在正向相关,PM;浓度升高可能增加呼吸系统疾病的发病风险。Objective To analyze the relationship between daily fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))concentration and the number of respiratory disease outpatients of in Xinxiang City in 2020,so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation and adjustment of relevant environmental protection measures.Methods The airborne fine particulate matter concentration and the number of internal medicine outpatients in five general hospitals in Xinxiang City from January to December 2020 were collected,and the data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 22.0 to determine the correlation and influence degree between them.Result The number of respiratory disease outpatients in five general hospitals on the day that reached the standard was lower than that on the non standard day(Z=-4.934,P<0.001)in Xinxiang City.The number of outpatients of respiratory system in internal medicine showed an upward trend with the increase of PM;concentration level(r_(s)=10.294,t=4.680,P=0.0184).The number of patients with respiratory diseases in outpatient department per day was positively correlated with PM_(2.5)(r_(s)=0.306,P<0.001).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the concentration of fine particulate matter and the number of outpatients with respiratory diseases in general hospitals in Xinxiang City.The increase of PM;concentration may increase the risk of respiratory diseases.
