摘  要:银屑病是临床常见并易复发的慢性炎症性皮肤病,约7%~42%的银屑病患者在病程中会出现关节损害(即银屑病关节炎),严重影响患者的工作能力和生活质量。早期诊断并干预银屑病患者的关节损害可以阻止病情进展,减轻疾病负担。近年来,随着影像学的发展,磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)被越来越多地应用于银屑病关节炎的研究中,本文就外周型银屑病关节炎的MRI应用做一综述,希望对外周型银屑病关节炎的病理改变、早期诊断及鉴别诊断、监测疾病进展、评估治疗反应等方面提供更加准确全面的信息。Psoriasis is a common and recurrent chronic inflammatory skin disease.About 7% to 42% of patients with psoriasis have joint damage(namely psoriatic arthritis,PsA),which seriously affects the working ability and quality of life of patients.Early detection of the presence of joint involvement and early intercept of its developments may prevent disease progression and reduce the disease burden.In recent years,with the development of imaging,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)are widely used in the study of psoriatic arthritis.In this paper,the research progress on application of MRI in the patients with peripheral psoriatic arthritis is reviewed,hoping to provide more accurate and comprehensive information on the pathological changes,early diagnosis and differential diagnosis,disease monitoring and treatment response of PsA.
