溴夫定为主综合治疗播散型带状疱疹1例

摘　　要：患者男,70岁,右侧头面部疼痛1周,红斑、水疱5 d。老年男性,带状疱疹病情进展较快,从疱疹性结膜炎开始,采用民间流传方法处理,头面部带状疱疹病情逐渐加重,有畏寒高热,并播散至全身,出现病毒性肺炎,经口服溴夫定为主的综合治疗,病情很快得到有效控制,未再出现新生水疱,体温下降,全身皮疹颜色转暗,水疱干涸,疼痛症状明显减轻。A 70-year-old male was admitted to the hospital due to pain on the right head and face for 1 week and with erythematous and blister for 5 days.As an elder men,he presented with herpetic conjunctivitis firstly,and his head and facial herpes zoster disease had gradually aggravated and spread to the whole body without official therapy.The patient had chills fever and herpes pneumonia.After comprehensive treatment based on oral brivudine tablets,the disease was quickly brought under control,without new blister,with temperature dropping,skin rashes'color turning to dark,and blister drying.The pain symptoms were significantly reduced.
