高等职业院校新生艾滋病知识知晓及安全套使用态度影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解高职院校新生安全套使用态度及影响因素,为高职学生综合干预提供针对性政策。方法选取南京市某高职院校3006名大一新生,于2020年11月24日-12月2日,以线上匿名问卷的形式开展横断面调查。使用Logistic回归分析影响安全套使用态度的因素。结果回收有效问卷2590份,性行为报告发生率8.96%,男生比女生性行为比例高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);艾滋病知识知晓率为71.78%;93.51%的学生愿意使用安全套;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,女生(OR=0.41,95%CI:0.30~0.58),父亲学历为高中及以上(OR=0.52,95%CI:0.30~0.92),知晓艾滋病知识(OR=0.61,95%CI:0.44~0.84)的学生更愿意使用安全套。父亲为无业(OR=1.91,95%CI:1.11~3.28)的学生更不愿意使用安全套。结论所调查高职院校新生总体安全套使用态度良好,但艾滋病知识知晓情况不佳。宣传干预时,有必要侧重男生和知晓不佳者的宣传干预,建议家校联合,进一步全面、科学开展宣传干预。Objective To investigate the attitude and factors on condom use of students in a higher vocational college,and to provide targeted policies for intervene.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among all freshmen(3006)from a higher vocational college of Nanjing using an online questionnaire,from November 24 to December 2 at 2020.Logistic regression was used to analyze the results.Results There were 2590 valid questionnaires,and the rate of reported sexual behavior was 8.96%.The ratio of male sexual behavior was higher than female sexual behavior(P<0.001).The Total AIDS awareness rate was 71.78%,and 93.51% of the students were willing to use condoms.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed female students(OR=0.41,95%CI:0.30~0.58),whose fathers with high school education or above(OR=0.52,95%CI:0.30~0.92),and those who knew AIDS knowledge(OR=0.61,95%CI:0.44~0.84)were more likely to use condoms.Students whose fathers were unemployed(OR=1.91,95%CI:1.11~3.28)were less likely to use condoms.Conclusion Students in the higher vocational college generally have a good attitude to use condoms,but their knowledge about AIDS is not sufficient.Education and interventions should be carried out in a comprehensive and scientific way through cooperation between families and schools,especially focus on male students and students who do not know AIDS well.
