民间公益图书馆的建设与优化——以厦门为例

摘　　要：民间公益图书馆是公共文化服务体系的组成部分,是公共图书馆的补充,在社区文化建设及社区治理方面发挥着重要作用,应予关注和支持。近年来,厦门民间公益图书馆建设发展迅速,成效显著。通过对厦门10家具有代表性的民间公益图书馆的调查和分析,总结新时代厦门民间公益图书馆的发展基础、建设模式、管理机制,并提出优化建议,以期提供一种可以复制推广的参考样本。The Non-governmental Community Library is an integral part of the public cultural service system,which is a supplement to the official library.It plays an important role in the construction of community culture and community governance,and should be paid attention to and supported.For the past few years,the construction of non-governmental community libraries in Xiamen has developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results.This article summarizes the development foundation,construction pattern and management mechanism of Xiamen non-governmental community libraries in new era,after investigating and analyzing 10 representatives of them.This article also proposes optimization solutions in order to provide reference sample that can be replicated and promoted.
