摘 要:目的研究开发一种回收丁辛醇装置弛放气中的有效组分的工艺技术。方法该技术采用“脱醛-氨冷-稳定-精馏”工艺路线,即先利用精馏塔脱除丁醛等重组分,经氨循环制冷工艺将C;及以上组分冷凝为液态,接着通过稳定系统除却丁醛、水分以及不凝气后,最后经精馏分离得到丙烯、丙烷。结果该技术工业化应用后,弛放气回收装置设计处理能力为17.72 kt/a,年操作时间按8400 h计算,可回收丙烯、丙烷和丁醛共计14.28 kt/a,其纯度(w)均≥97.00%,收率均>95.0%。结论经标定后,实际效果较好。与其他装置对比后发现,该装置具有能耗低、无辅料消耗、产品收率和产品纯度高的优势。Objective A process technology is developed to recover the effective components in off-gas from the reactive system of hydroformylation of propylene.Methods This technology uses the process route of“dealdehyde-cryogenic separation-stabilization-distillation”,i.e.,firstly removing the heavy components such as butyraldehyde by distillation column and condensing the components above C;into liquid by ammonia circulating cryogenic process,and then removing butyraldehyde,trace moisture and non-condensable gas by the stable system,and finally obtaining propylene and propane products by distillation process.Results After the commercial application of this technology,the design capacity of the off-gas effective components recovery unit is 17.72×10^(3)t/a.The total recovery of propylene,propane and butyraldehyde is 14.28×10^(3)t/a on the basis of operation time of 8400 hours per year,and their purities are all greater than or equal to 97.00 wt%,their yields all exceed 95.0%.Conclusions The actual values are better than the design ones after calibration.Compared with other units,this unit has the advantages of low energy consumption,no auxiliary material consumption,high yield and purity of products.
