摘 要:针对市场上冷藏车故障频发,导致冷冻物品变质,造成巨大经济损失的问题,分析冷藏车故障,了解到冷冻压缩机支架断裂是主要失效原因之一。文章采用计算机辅助设计分析手段与道路试验验证手段相结合的方法,对冷藏车的冷冻压缩机支架故障进行分析和优化设计,分析支架的结构强度、一阶固有频率、疲劳应力,阐述冷冻压缩机支架的设计开发要点及校核验证方法。按照文章的开发方法设计的冷藏车压缩机支架,在售后未出现断裂失效模式,取得较大成功,此方法通过了市场的考核。文章提出的冷藏车压缩机支架开发方法,可为设计人员提供参考和借鉴,避免因支架断裂导致冷冻机组工作异常,提升中国冷藏车的整体开发能力和质量水平。In view of the frequent failure of refrigerated vehicles in the market, which leads to the deterioration of frozen goods and huge economic losses, through the failure analysis of refrigerated vehicles, it is understood that the fracture of refrigeration compressor support is one of the main failure reasons. Using the combination of Computer Aided Engineering(CAE) and road test verification means, this paper analyzes the fault analysis and optimal design of the refrigeration compressor support of the refrigerator truck, analyzes the structural strength, first-order natural frequency and fatigue stress of the support, and expounds the design and development points and verification methods of the refrigeration compressor support. The refrigerator truck compressor bracket designed according to the development method in this paper has no fracture failure mode after sales, and has achieved great success. This method has passed the examination of the market.The development method of refrigerator truck compressor support proposed in this paper can provide reference for designers, avoid abnormal operation of refrigeration unit due to support fracture, and improve the overall development capacity and quality level of China’s refrigerator truck.
