摘 要:为了缓解重型汽车因热源产生的高温对行车安全的影响,保证布置在热场区域的零部件在安全温度范围内工作,文章对重型汽车的热源进行了识别,对热源区域零部件的热伤害进行了测试,并提出了避免热伤害的方法。文章以热场分析为基础,通过试验验证识别出影响热伤害的主要因素和特征。同时借助仿真分析工具对热场进行分析,并设计优化以避免整车热伤害的发生,对重型汽车在设计开发过程中零部件的热防护具有一定的指导作用。In order to alleviate the impact of the high temperature generated by the heat source on the driving safety of heavy-duty vehicles, ensure that the components arranged in the thermal field area work within a safe temperature range. This paper identifies the heat source of heavy-duty vehicles,tests the thermal damage of components in the heat source area, and proposes methods to avoid thermal damage. Based on thermal field analysis, this paper identifies the main factors and characteristics that affect thermal damage through experimental verification. At the same time, the thermal field is analyzed and optimized with the help of simulation analysis tools to avoid the occurrence of thermal damage to the whole vehicle, which has a certain guiding effect on the thermal protection of parts and components in the design and development process of heavy-duty vehicles.
