摘 要:绝缘电阻是保障电动汽车人员安全的重要技术参数之一,当人接触到高压带电部件时,满足一定要求的绝缘电阻可以确保人员触电安全。因此,国内外相关标准和法规对此都有相应的规定。文章根据电工学基本原理,通过对标准的分析研究,发现其中一些条款的逻辑及技术细节有待商榷,如豁免绝缘电阻要求的电路、绝缘电阻要求及测量方法、绝缘电阻合成及绝缘监控报警验证等方面内容。希望本文的分析研究能达到抛砖引玉、为今后的标准修订提供参考。Insulation resistance is one of the important technical parameter of electric vehicles to ensure human safety. When people touch with high-voltage live parts directly, the insulation resistance that meets some requirements can ensure human safety. Therefore, both domestic and foreign standards and regulations have requirements for these. Through the analysis and research of these standards based on the basic principles of electrotechnics, the logic and technical details of some of the clauses are open to be discussed, such as what circuit can be exempted from insulation resistance requirements, insulation resistance requirements and measurement methods, insulation resistance synthesis methods, and insulation monitoring alarm verification. Hope the analysis and research of this article can be used for future reference of standard revisions.
