摘 要:为研究多弹头爆炸成型弹丸(MEFP)的侵彻深度与其药型罩间距之间的关系,使用Autodyn仿真软件对17种不同药型罩间距条件下的MEFP侵彻过程进行仿真。研究表明,MEFP侵彻所形成的弹孔向中间倾斜,随药型罩间距增大,弹孔倾斜程度减小,弹孔直径增加。当药型罩间距等于单枚弹径时,弹孔倾斜角度约为3.8°,弹孔直径约为0.96倍单枚弹径;当药型罩间距大于1.2倍单枚弹径后,弹孔基本不发生倾斜,孔径增加减缓。对小于单枚弹径的药型罩间距与侵彻深度进行参数拟合,发现药型罩间距与侵彻深度之间表现为明显的正相关线性关系,随药型罩间距增大,侵彻深度增加;当药型罩间距等于单枚弹径时,最大侵彻深度达到单枚爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)侵彻深度的96.6%左右;药型罩间距大于单枚弹径后,侵彻深度增加变缓,最终稳定在0.85倍单枚弹径左右。In order to study the relationship between the penetration depth of the MEFP and liner spacing,the MEFP penetration process is simulated by using Autodyn simulation software program under the conditions of 17 different liner spacings.The results show that the crater formed by MEFP penetration is inclined to the middle.The inclination degree of the crater decreases and the diameter of the crater increase with the increase of liner spacing.When the liner spacing is equal to its diameter,the inclination angle of the crater is about 3.8°and the crater diameter is about 0.96 times the diameter of the liner.When liner spacing is greater than the diameter of the liner,the crater is hardly inclined and the crater diameter increases slowly.It is found that there is a positive correlation between liner spacing and penetration depth by parameter fitting.Penetration depth increases with the increase of liner spacing.When liner spacing is equal to its diameter,the maximum penetration depth of the MEFP is about 96.6%of an EFP.When liner spacing is greater than the diameter of the liner,penetration depth increases slowly,it eventually stabilizes at 0.85 times the diameter of the liner.
