摘  要:针对防空兵靶场射界、防空武器性能的不同,规划靶弹发射任务时需人工考虑防空武器拦截区、靶弹弹道、落点安全区等因素的影响,效率较低。设计了带有便携式手持设备、车载卫星定位定向、风速风向仪的任务规划硬件平台,并基于超高清地形图开发了靶弹供靶任务规划软件。实现了GPS定位定向、气象信息的获取、靶弹射表的快速计算、硬件平台间实时通讯、交互性可视化的发射任务规划等功能,最终形成了一套便携且易于操作的靶弹供靶任务规划系统,能辅助训练,试验人员可快速进行靶弹位置、发射方位及落区、安全区域的规划,提高了效率,具有便携化、可视化等优点。Because of the differences of shooting ranges and the performance of air defense weapons,it is necessary to consider the influence of the intercepting area,trajectory and safety zone of different air defense weapons when planning launching missions.A task planning hardware platform was designed,which consists of a portable handheld device,a vehicle satellite positioning and orientation system and a wind speed and direction indicator.A target supply task planning software program based on an ultra-high definition map was also developed.The functions of GPS positioning and orientation,meteorological data acquisition,rapid calculation of firing tables for targets,real-time communication between hardware platforms and launch mission planning based on interactive visualization were realized.As a result,A portable and easy-to-use target supply task planning system was built,which can assist training and test staff to quickly plan target location,launching direction,landing area and safety area and improve efficiency.The system also has the advantages of portability and visualization.
