摘 要:由于火炮在发射过程中伴随有严重的冲击现象,其后坐系统运动信号中不可避免的存在复杂的冲击噪声干扰成分,这对火炮后坐系统运动特性的分析带来了巨大困难,进一步对系统的性能评价及改进优化带来了严重影响。结合群体自适应寻优算法和小波包分析理论,提出了一种信号自适应分段小波包分解方法,该方法通过采用不同的分解策略对信号中具有不同特征的信号段进行分析并对多个分析结果进行合成,在复杂冲击噪声干扰下实现了火炮后坐系统运动信号的准确提取,为火炮后坐系统的特性分析与性能评价提供了支撑。通过与其他传统方法对某小口径火炮试验信号分析结果的对比与分析,验证了该方法的有效性与优越性。Because the gun is accompanied by a serious impact phenomenon in the process of firing,it is inevitable that there are complex interference components of the impact noise in the movement signal of the recoil system,which pose a great challenge to the analysis about the kinematic characteristics,and even have a huge influence on the performance evaluation and optimization of the gun system.By combining the swarm optimization algorithm and wavelet packet analysis theory,this paper proposes an adaptive piecewise wavelet packet signal decomposition method,which uses different decomposition strategies to analyze signal segments with different characteristics and synthesizes the analysis results.The movement signal of the gun recoil system under complex impact noise is extracted accurately,which supports the characteristic analysis and performance assessment of the gun recoil system.Finally,the availability and superiority of this method have been verified by comparing the analyzed results of this and other typical methods of the test signals of a small caliber gun.
