自制中药减肥贴膏剂与两种网红产品的体外透皮作用比较研究

摘　　要：目的 将经典老方元胡承气汤进行二次开发为中药减肥贴膏剂。方法 以番泻苷A的含量为标准进行制备工艺研究,添加不同促透剂进行体外透皮吸收作用考察,将自制中药减肥贴膏剂与两种市售网红产品进行体外吸收作用比较。结果 自制中药减肥贴膏剂的促透效果良好,处方中不需添加促透剂。结论 自制中药减肥贴膏剂体外透皮作用药明显优于与另外两种市售网红减肥产品,本研究结果为经典老方的制剂开发和应用提供一定思路。OBJECTIVE The classic prescription YuanHu ChengQi decoction was redeveloped as a traditional Chinese medicine slimming paste.METHODS The preparation process was studied based on the content of saponin A as the standard,different permeability enhancers were added to investigate the in vitro transdermal absorption,and the in vitro absorption effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine slimming paste was compared with two kinds of web celebrity products.RESULTS The self-made Chinese medicine slimming plaster had a good effect on promoting penetration,no need to add penetration enhancer in the prescription.CONCLUSION The self-made Chinese medicine slimming plaster in vitro transdermal agents were obviously better than the other two commercial web celebrity slimming products.The results of this study provided some ideas for the development and application of the classic prescription.
