摘  要:目的 湘西宜昌悬钩子不同部位化学成分的差异分析。方法 运用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱联用(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS)手段获取宜昌悬钩子3个不同部位的化学成分信息,结合主成分分析(PCA)及正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析(OPLS-DA)等多元统计手段对上述的差异化学成分进行分析。结果 从宜昌悬钩子不同部位的色谱图中共推断出宜昌悬钩子中的509个化合物,包括萜类27个、苯丙素类5个、苯环型化合物3、芳香类化合物17个、黄酮类13个、木脂素类9个、酚类8个、生物碱类12个、糖类10个,等等;通过OPLS-DA,筛选出宜昌悬钩子3个不同部位之间15个差异性较大的化学成分。结论 宜昌悬钩子萜类成分主要集中分布于根及根茎中,黄酮类主要分布于叶,这为宜昌悬钩子临床合理应用提供理论依据。OBJECTIVE To analyze the difference of chemical constituents in different parts of Rubus ichangensis Hemsl.et Ktze.METHODS An Ultra High Performance Liquid Tandem Chromatography Quadrupole Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry,(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS) was carried out to acquire the chemical constituents information in samples with different 3 parts of Rubus ichangensis.The above datas were processed by multivariate statistical analysis,including PCA and OPLS-DA.RESULTS A total of 509 compounds were identified,including 27 terpenoids,5 phenylpropanoids,3 phenylring compounds,17 aromatic compounds,13 flavonoids,9 lignans,8 phenols,12 alkaloids and 10 sugars,ect.There were 15 chemical ingredients with significant differences distinguished by the method of OPLS-DA.CONCLUSION The chemical constituents of terpenoids are mainly distributed in the roots and rhizomes,the flavonoids were mainly concentrated in the leaves.This study provides the basis for clinical reasonable application of different parts of Rubus ichangensis.
