摘　　要：目的 基于CiteSpace工具研究抗辐射中药安多霖胶囊研究的现状与趋势。方法 以CNKI数据库为数据源,检索1996~2020年所收录的安多霖胶囊相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件整体拟合分析研究的作者共现网络、机构共现网络、关键词共现网络、关键词聚类分析、研究主题的演化及阶段划分可视化图谱。结果 纳入文献85篇,安多霖胶囊研究发文量总体趋势比较平稳,存在3个较稳定的研究团队,团队间研究方向有所差异,团队内部的合作比较紧密,跨机构间较少有合作情况。研究主题聚焦在对高功率微波辐射损伤研究、辐射防护和远后效应研究,以及对放射治疗临床疗效观察的研究。结论 安多霖胶囊对电离和电磁辐射的研究处于活跃期,是一种具有预防与治疗作用的辐射防护剂,但也存在跨机构、跨团队合作交流较少等问题。OBJECTIVE To analyze status and trend of AnDuoLin Capsules in antiradiation based on Catespace V Tool.METHODS The papers about the AnDuoLin Capsules in the CNKI in 1996-2020 were cited analysis.This article utilized the visualization software CiteSpace and analysis the papers from different aspect:authors,cooperation institutions,keywords,keyword clustering analysis,evolution and stage division of research topics and so on.The visual analysis and clustering analysis were also carried out.RESULTS In the 85 literatures,the overall trend of the amount of research of AnDuoLin capsules is relatively stable,and there are currently three relatively stable AnDuoLin capsules research teams,the cooperation within the team is relatively close,the research direction of the team is different,and there is little cooperation among different organizations.Research topics sustained focus on high-power microwave radiation damage,radiation protection and long-term effects research,clinical curative effect observation of radiotherapy.CONCLUSION The research on ionizing and electromagnetic radiation of AnDuoLin capsule is still in active stage,and it is a radiation protective agent with preventive and therapeutic effects.However,there are also problems of lack of cross-institutional and cross-team cooperation and exchange,innovation.
