摘　　要：目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定地龙注射液中苯酚的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent C_(18)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),检测波长270 nm,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果 苯酚浓度在26.59~425.44μg·mL^(-1)范围呈良好的线性(r=1);平均回收率(n=9)为98.52%;样品中苯酚含量为标示量的54%~60%。结论 此方法简便、准确,可用于地龙注射液中苯酚的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of phenol in DiLong injection.METHODS The HPLC was performed in Agilent C_(18) column under the elution of methanol-water(60∶40).The detection wavelength was 270 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μL.RESULTS The linear range of phenol concentration was 26.59-425.44 μg·mL^(-1)(r=1);and the average recovery(n=9) of phenol was 98.52%.The determination results of phenol were 54%-60%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate and can be used for the determination of phenol in DiLong injection.
