摘　　要：目的 探讨泊沙康唑口服混悬液致恶心呕吐的处置措施。方法 临床药师在发现应用泊沙康唑口服混悬液导致的不良反应后,查阅相关文献和书籍,对药物治疗方案及药物导致副作用进行相关性分析并进行血药浓度监测,为临床用药提供参考意见。结果 临床药师参与此类患者治疗,提高治疗安全性和有效性。结论 临床药师在临床药物治疗中实施药学监护是有益的,对应用泊沙康唑口服混悬液的患者进行血药浓度监测及个体化用药建议,可减少药物不良反应发生,提高药物治疗效果。OBJECTIVE To explore ways to treat nausea and vomiting induced by posaconazole oral suspension.METHODS After discovering the adverse reactions induced by posaconazole oral suspension,clinical pharmacists consulted relevant literatures and books,analyzed the correlation between treatment and side effects induced by drugs,and monitored blood concentration of posaconazole oral suspension,provided reference opinions for clinical drug use.RESULTS Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of these patients to improve the safety and effectiveness of treatment.CONCLUSION It is beneficial for clinical pharmacists to implement pharmaceutical care in the clinical drug therapy.The blood concentration monitoring and individualized medication suggestions were carried out for the patients receiving posaconazole oral suspension,they could help to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and ensure the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.
