西溪湿地申报世界遗产策略初探

摘　　要：随着西湖、大运河、良渚申报世界遗产的成功,西溪湿地的申报世界遗产也被提上议程。从西溪的自然生态和人文资源体系来看,西溪湿地申报世界遗产具有历史基础和现实的可行性。西溪申报世界遗产的方向是世界文化景观遗产,遗产普遍价值的主题定位是“鱼文化”,广泛发动社会力量围绕申报世界文化遗产主题定位,共同做好西溪湿地的保护和管理,提高西溪湿地申报世界文化遗产的成功率。With the success in application for World Heritage by the West Lake,the Grand Canal and the Liangzhu Archaeological Site,the application by Xixi wetland for World Heritage has been given a high priority.Regarding the systems of natural ecology and humanity and culture of Xixi wetland,it displays a harmonized of human and nature,traditions and developments,the application for World Heritage has historical background and practical feasibility.The direction of the applications is for the World Cultural Landscape Heritage.The property of Xixi wetland is an exceptional testimony to the World Cultural Landscape Heritage,and the theme of the applications was identified as“fish culture”according to its universal significance,it is essential to mobilize all sectors of the society for the conservation and management of Xixi wetland,in order to increase the rate of success in the application for World Cultural Heritage.
