摘  要:以磺胺二甲嘧啶和甲氧苄啶两种磺胺类抗生素为模板分子,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备双模板分子印迹聚合物(MIP),并以此作为分子识别元件构筑了磺胺类抗生素分子印迹电化学传感器。采用伏安法和交流阻抗谱对该传感器的电化学性能进行了研究,并对MIP的制备条件和电化学检测参数进行了优化。在优化条件下,该传感器具有良好的选择性,可实现磺胺二甲嘧啶和甲氧苄啶的同时测定,两种抗生素的线性范围分别是0.8~50.0、1.0~50.0μmol/L,检出限分别是0.14、0.26μmol/L(R_(SN)=3)。最后将该传感器用于实际样品中磺胺二甲嘧啶和甲氧苄啶的检测,加标回收率为91.20%~103.44%。Two kinds of sulfonamide antibiotics(sulfadimidine and trimethoprim)are used as template molecules to prepare a double template molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP)by sol-gel method.And MIP is used as molecular recognition element to construct a molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for the determination of sulfadimidine and trimethoprim.The electrochemical performance of the sensor is studied by voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectra.The parameters of MIP synthesis and electrochemical detection are optimized.Under the optimal conditions,the sensor shows good selectivity,which could realize the simultaneous determination of sulfadimidine and trimethoprim in linear ranges of 0.8~50.0and 1.0~50.0μmol/L,respectively.The detection limits are 0.14 and 0.26μmol/L(R_(SN)=3)for sulfadimidine and trimethoprim,respectively.Finally,the sensor is applied to the simultaneous detection of sulfadimidine and trimethoprim in real samples with recovery of standard addition ranging from 91.20%~103.44%.
