摘 要:为解决无铁芯永磁同步直线电机推力及推力波动问题,提出新型永磁体结构设计原理,建立物理模型,设计一种新型永磁体结构的无铁芯永磁同步直线电机,并对其结构参数进行优化。对新型磁极结构的磁场、直线电机的推力与推力波动进行有限元分析,以推力不削弱、推力波动最小作为优化目标,进行电机推力性能优化。通过重复定位精度的测量,验证新型磁极阵列抑制推力波动的有效性。结果表明:文中所提出的新型磁极布置与常规磁极布置相比,提高了无铁芯永磁同步直线电机的推力、定位精度,并降低了其推力波动率。In order to solve the problem of thrust and thrust fluctuation of Air Core permanent magnet synchronous linear motor,the design principle of new permanent magnet structure is proposed and established the physical model with new permanent magnet structure is designed,and its structural parameters are optimized.The magnetic field of the new magnetic pole structure,the thrust and thrust fluctuation of the linear motor are analyzed by finite element method.The thrust performance of the motor is optimized with the objective of no weakening of thrust and minimum thrust fluctuation.Through the measurement of repeated positioning accuracy,the effectiveness of the new magnetic pole array in restraining thrust fluctuation is verified.The results show that the new magnetic pole arrangement proposed in this paper improves the thrust and positioning accuracy of Air Core permanent magnet synchronous linear motor and reduces its thrust fluctuation compared with the conventional magnetic pole arrangement.
