摘  要:为了研究热处理对高熵合金组织和力学性能的影响,文中使用真空电弧熔炼制备了铸态AlCoCrFeNi高熵合金并加以800℃和1050℃退火处理,检测分析了合金的组织和压缩性能。研究结果表明:铸态合金组织为等轴晶形貌,等轴晶内部分为富含Ni和Al元素的树枝晶与富含Cr与Fe元素树枝晶间区域;800℃退火后合金呈现树枝晶形态,树枝晶间由于FCC相和σ相的析出导致调幅分解消失,合金的屈服强度增加、塑性降低;1050℃退火后合金呈现等轴晶形态,晶内存在部分粗化的调幅分解相,退火处理略微降低了合金的屈服强度、而合金的塑性得到了提高。The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high entropy alloys is studied.The as-cast AlCoCrFeNi high entropy alloy was prepared by vacuum arc melting and annealed at 800℃and 1050℃.The microstructure and compressive properties of the alloy were tested and analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of the as-cast alloy is equiaxed,and that the inner part of the equiaxed grain is between dendrites rich in Ni and Al and between those rich in Cr and Fe.The alloy which has been annealed at 800℃exhibits dendrite morphology.The precipitation of FCC phase andσphase results in the amplitude-modulated decomposition disappearing between dendrites,increasing yield strength and decreasing plasticity.After having been annealed at 1050℃,the alloy exhibits equiaxed crystal morphology,and there are some coarse-grained decomposition phases in the grain.Its yield strength is slightly reduced and its plasticity improved.
