摘  要:研究了再生砖骨料使用量、不同级配砖骨料掺和比例、水泥用量等因素对水稳材料最佳含水率、最大干密度以及7 d无侧限抗压强度性能的影响。结果表明:水稳材料的最佳含水率随着砖骨料用量增加而增大,最大干密度随着砖骨料用量增加逐渐降低,且随着砖骨料用量增加,水稳试件的7 d无侧限抗压强度减小,强度变异系数增大;砖骨料246∶砖骨料0~14=40%∶60%时,所制备的水稳试件7 d无侧限抗压强度最高;随着水泥用量增加,所制备的再生砖骨料水稳7 d无侧限抗压强度逐渐增大,根据水泥用量与试件的7 d无侧限抗压强度关系拟合公式R_(d)=0.48·C+0.54(C为水泥用量,%),可为实际工程中不同等级的道路用水泥稳定材料选取适宜的水泥用量提供依据。The influence of recycled brick aggregate content,mixing proportion of brick aggregate with different gradation,dosage of cement on the optimum water content,the maximum dry density and the 7 d unconfinde compressive strength of the cement stabilized materials was studied.The results showed that the optimum water content of recycled cement stabilized materials increases with the increase of the amount of brick aggregate.The maximum dry density decreases gradually with the increase of the amount of brick aggregate,and with the increase of the amount of recycled brick aggregate,the 7 d unconfined compressive strength of recycled cement stabilized materials decreases and the strength variation coefficient increases.Brick aggregate 246∶Brick aggregate 0~14=40%∶60%,the prepared cement stabilized materials has the highest 7 d unconfined compressive strength.With the increase of cement content,the cement stabilized materials 7 d unconfined compressive strength gradually increases.According to the relationship between cement dosage and 7 d unconfined compressive strength,the fitting formula R_(d)=0.48·C+0.54(C is cement dosage,%),which provides a basis for selecting appropriate cement dosage for different grades of road cement stabilized materials in practical engineering.
