摘 要:集料的性能特征于沥青混凝土的工程性能产生直接影响,但以往开展的大多数研究主要考虑了集料的吸水率、密度、强度等常规特征,少有研究基于集料的微观特征开展。该研究考察了粗集料微观形貌特征对集料与沥青粘附性能的影响。首先采用洛杉矶磨耗仪制备表面微观形貌存在显著区别的三种玄武岩粗集料,然后通过水煮试验和冻融循环试验分析了集料表面包裹的沥青膜在水损环境下的剥落情况。结果表明,粗集料微观纹理对集料与沥青间的粘附性能影响显著,微观形貌越平坦的集料,表面包裹的沥青膜在水损环境下损失越显著。The property characteristics of aggregate have a direct impact on the performance of asphalt concrete.But most of the previous studies mainly considered the conventional characteristics of aggregates such as water absorption,density,and strength,and few studies were carried out based on the microscopic characteristics of aggregates.In this research,the effect of the micromorphology of coarse aggregate on the bonding performance between aggregate and asphalt was evaluated.First,the Los Angeles abrasion tester was used to prepare three kinds of basalt coarse aggregates with significant differences in surface micromorphology,and then the spalling of asphalt film from the surface of aggregate under the water damage conditions was analyzed by the boiling test and freeze-thaw cycle test.Results showed that the micro-texture of coarse aggregate affected the bonding performance between aggregate and asphalt obviously.The flatter surface microstructure resulted in more obvious loss of asphalt film from the surface of aggregate in the water damage environment.
