摘 要:为了提高中空碳纳米球(HCNS)对挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的吸附性能,用氨基钠(NaNH_(2))对HCNS进行活化处理,使活化后HCNS的比表面积和微孔增加。实验考察了活化剂的质量和活化温度对活化后HCNS性能的影响。结果表明:当NaNH_(2)和HCNS的质量比为3,活化温度为500℃得到的样品性能较优;样品HCNS-3-500的比表面积和孔容最大,分别为1589 m^(2)/g和1.96 cm^(3)/g;对正己烷、甲苯和92#汽油的静态吸附容量分别为2.70,1.93和1.36 g/g,单组份正己烷和甲苯的动态吸附容量分别为2.61 g/g和1.85 g/g。活化HCNSs的性能均远高于商业化吸附剂AC和SG。To improve the adsorption performance of hollow carbon nano sphere(HCNS)for volatile organic compounds(VOCs),the synthesized HCNSs were activated by sodium amide(NaNH_(2))to increase the surface area and microporous of activated HCNSs.The effects of the activator amount and activation temperature on the performance of activated HCNSs were experimentally investigated.The results showed that the performance of the obtained activated HCNS(HCNS-3-500)was optimal when the mass ratio of NaNH_(2) to HCNs was 3 and the activation temperature was 500℃.The specific surface area and pore volume of HCNS-3-500 were the largest,1589 m^(2)/g and 1.96 cm^(3)/g respectively.The static adsorption capacities of HCNS-3-500 for n-hexane,toluene and 92^(#) gasoline were 2.70,1.93 and 1.36 g/g respectively,and the dynamic adsorption capacities of single-component n-hexane and toluene were 2.61 g/g and 1.85 g/g respectively.The performances of activated HCNSs were much better than that of commercial adsorbents AC and SG.
